I help people, teams, and organisations navigate uncertainty, build belonging, and translate vision into practical action.

Hi, my name is Catherine

I’m an independent Facilitator working with organisations through the human dynamics that determine whether strategies actually work.

Sometimes this is known as the “soft work”. The listening, the relationship-building, the creating of space for people to think. I just call it facilitation. And I know sometimes it feels impossible to make time for this. So I help.

What I bring and what we find together is real and human. I design spaces where people can explore what matters, form clear intentions, and move toward action together. The practices I draw on are physical, playful, conversational, and creative. Always in service of what needs to emerge.

I work with a facilitated rhythm of experience, reflection, conversation. Finding a lightness that makes the weight of real-world challenges navigable. Not ignoring what's hard. Not forcing positivity. But trusting that when people find breathing room together, possibility opens up.

I'm from Manchester, currently based in Kuala Lumpur, and available for online work and in-person events, away days & retreats.

How I can help

Peer Support Online and In-Person

Structured spaces where people in the same role across an organisation or network come together to share challenges, learn from each other, and leave with practical insights and real connection.

Think ‘Programme Leads’ across a global team, department heads navigating similar pressures, or practitioners working in isolation who need others who truly understand their work.

They run as ongoing facilitated circles. Online sessions with a rhythm of reflection, honest exchange, and problem-solving, with optional in-person retreats when the work calls for it. One organisation commissions the space; the people in it do the thinking together.

Participants leave with practical insights, renewed energy, and a peer network they trust.

For teams facing shared terrain across organisations, leadership groups, and professionals in specialised roles.

Global Leaders Circles

Skilled listening that turns your organisation's experience into strategy.

I conduct in-depth learning interviews that surface what the people you work with actually know - about impact, about what's working, about what's stuck. Through careful questioning and facilitation, their expertise becomes the foundation for strategic recommendations.

You get grounded insights with built-in ownership. No prescriptions, just clarity about what's real and a pathway forward your team believes in.

For organisations who believe in their team and are ready to let their own wisdom inform what happens next.

Learning Interviews and Strategic Insights

You're already doing great work.

Sometimes bigger projects need an extra dimension. Listening Support, Peer Learning Circles woven into a strategic process, or Interviews to inform direction.

I collaborate with other Facilitators as a true partner: we design together, I bring my specialisms, you maintain the client relationship and project leadership. The work gets richer. Everyone benefits.

For Facilitators who want to deepen their projects through partnership.

What this means in the room

  • I connect and respond flexibly to what's actually happening

  • I tune into who is in the room and use it as a resource for change

  • I facilitate open, honest exchange where people feel genuinely heard

  • I bring a wide range of ways to intervene, hold, or open up a conversation

  • I bring embodied presence- grounded, aware, responsive

  • I draw on deep knowledge of group processes through experiential, practical learning

  • And we PLAY

And one more thing My recent move with my family from the UK to Malaysia has deepened my understanding of how we navigate uncertainty and unfamiliar territory. Stepping into the unknown, communicating across cultural difference, finding belonging in a completely new context. It has enriched everything I bring to the room.
